I have been a member of the Kanata Sports Club for approximately 20 years. I have just been elected to my third – 2 year term on the board of directors, and my third year as president.
I was born and raised in Ottawa. I have 2 daughters, 1 step daughter and 5 grandchildren. I have lived in Kanata ,since 1976. I worked in electrical wholesale for 34 years and now work as a security guard for Commissionaires Ottawa.

I have always been a fan of the Kanata Sports Club, they do great Community work. And am happy to be a member of the Board. I grew up in the West end of Ottawa, and have lived in Kanata for the last 14 years. I have 2 grown boys both in the Engineering field.
Between raising the boys, and my 34 years of service for Canada Post, I play sports. I have played hockey for 43 consecutive years, and even longer for softball and Slo-pitch, all in the Ottawa area. I have played with the Glen Cairn Ladies Softball League for the last 8 years.

I have been the Kanata Sports Club Administrator for over twenty-five years and I am extremely proud of the Club’s success.
During daytime hours, I am the Senior Accounting Manager for Huntington Property Group, a real estate development and property management company. I am a long time Kanata resident and proud Mom of four.

I’ve lived in Kanata for 17 Years and have been a member of the KSC for 15 of those years.
I’ve raised and University educated 2 Children and am the General Manager of Sentry Precision Sheet Metal Ltd. of Ottawa.
I volunteer with the Kanata Sports Club because of the outstanding work our team does in our Community.
There is a need and our team steps up and fills that need with donations and support those in our community that need it the most.
